GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
RESERVATION
You can book and pay online free of charge, directly on our website with a valid credit card number. Payment is secure. A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay will be charged upon booking.
- Bookings made more than 30 days before arrival:
When a booking is made more than 30 days before the arrival date, a deposit of 30% of the total stay is required to confirm the reservation. The balance will be automatically charged 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Booking less than 30 days before arrival date:
If the booking is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the stay will be charged in two installments: an initial charge of 30% at the time of booking, followed by the charge of the balance immediately afterwards.
RESERVATION BY PHONE
Bookings made more than 30 days before arrival: For bookings made by phone more than 30 days before arrival, an immediate payment of 30% of the total stay is required to confirm the booking. Payment can be made through Bizum or via the website. The remaining balance will be automatically debited 30 days before arrival, using the same payment method used for the booking ; a reminder will be sent beforehand.
Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival: If a telephone booking is made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment for the stay is required immediately to confirm the booking. This payment can be made through Bizum or via the website.
CANCELATION
In case of cancellation 30 days before arrival , the deposit paid is non-refundable. Rescheduling your stay is possible. is possible subject to availability.
After this deadline, the full cost of the stay will be due . A postponement may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
In case of no-show , the total amount of the stay will be charged and no postponement will be granted.
ARRIVAL
Arrival between 4 PM and 9:30 PM
To ensure we can welcome you in the best possible conditions, please let us know your approximate arrival time. Arrivals outside of this time slot, without prior notification, will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Each person staying at Casa Bienvenida must present a photo ID upon check-in.
DEPARTURE
Rooms must be vacated before 12 p.m.
BREAKFAST
Served from 8am to 10am Monday to Friday and from 8:30am to 10am Saturday and Sunday
CHILDREN
Children are welcome from the age of 12.
PETS
Dogs and cats are welcome in 2 of the hotel rooms after prior agreement from the owners
Conditions:
- Maximum 1 in La Naturaleza, 1 in La Fallera
- Must never be left alone in the room
- Must always accompany its master(s)
TERMS OF STAY
Maximum occupancy per guest room: 2 people
Meals may not be consumed in the rooms. You may eat on the patio where we provide dishes, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
The rooms are non-smoking. Please respect the designated smoking area within the establishment.
Parties are not allowed in the establishment.
We thank you for respecting the peaceful nature of the house and for using it in accordance with its intended purpose.
